Koryzma constructions is a very professional building group. My wife Katrina and I wanted to renovate our property at Burleigh Waters and as such we sought out 5 builders for quotes. One of the builders was Koryzma Constructions. Koryzma Constructions provided a very detailed quote compared to the other 4 builders who provided an amount and about one page in their quote. We had to procure more details from these respective builders to determine what they were quoting on. Shannon Koryzma provided one of the cheaper quotes and was on hand for any queries that arose.
One of our requirements was to have an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Due to the configuration of our house, the other builders could not provide the open plan that we wanted. Shannon came up with an easy solution to completely change the roofline and stated that the cost of the new roofline would be outweighed by the savings in labour costs due to quicker timeframe required in the building process. And he was right.
When we finally chose Koryzma Construction, one of the builders contacted us and asked why he didn’t win the build. We informed him that Koryzma Construction’s quote was approx. $30k cheaper with the quote being very detailed and we were going to get the open plan living, kitchen and dining area that we wanted. This builder asked who won the quote and what the quote was. We informed him that Shannon Koryzma won the build. We were waiting for a bad response but the only response we got was “I don’t know how Shannon is renovating your house for that price but he is a good builder.”
The renovation was virtually on time with weather the only issue. Any developments that arose was met with viable solutions requiring minimum costs. Shannon constantly provided options and improvements from the original building plans which included a pool and outdoor seatings. Shannon even provided great advice inside and outside coming up with some outstanding ideas. The whole renovating experience for Katrina and I was very pleasing.
We would and have highly recommended Shannon and Koryzma Constructions to anyone wanting to build or renovate their property.
